Column Reinforcement Design
Configure longitudinal bar arrangements and transverse stirrup distribution for structural columns and chained selections.
Chain & Span Navigation
For aligned or chained column selections, use the navigation controls to define reinforcement span-by-span.
Enables cycling through various levels or spans in a vertical column chain. This ensures that reinforcement changes (like diameter reduction at higher levels) can be handled sequentially.
Longitudinal Reinforcement
Define the vertical bar layout, distinguishing between corner and intermediate reinforcement.
Specify the Quantity and Diameter for the four corner bars of the column section.
Define different diameters or quantities for bars located between corners to optimize steel area.
Functionality not yet implemented. This section is currently reserved for future updates regarding bar bundling.
Stirrups & Transverse Rebar
Manage shear reinforcement and connection ties.

Override Column Settings Enable this checkbox to ignore global project rebar settings and apply these span-specific values. |

View Generation
Enable automated detailing by checking the Create Detail View option. This generates a high-detail cross-section automatically positioned within the Column Elevation View.
Interface Actions
- Apply: Generates the 3D rebar and detail views for the current span.
- Close: Exits the reinforcement tool.
- Help: Opens this documentation page.
